Sterile injectables are the most exacting work in compounding. At Evoluciona Pharma, every batch is tested for potency, purity, sterility, and endotoxins before release, and is cold-chain shipped in discreet packaging with all necessary supplies included.

Every therapy offered at Vivly has its own screening, and your provider makes the call after reviewing your full history. What they each have in common: you’ll need to be an adult, share a complete and honest medical history, live in a state where both our providers and our pharmacy are licensed, and be comfortable with a small self-injection – or willing to learn.

What does “one price, at every dose” mean?

For our GLP-1 programs, your price will stay the same across every standard concentration. If your provider titrates you up, the cost doesn’t change.

Which pharmacy compounds my medication?

Evoluciona Pharma – a 503A state-licensed compounding pharmacy in Stafford, Texas. Every batch is tested before release for potency, purity, sterility, and endotoxins.

Are compounded preparations FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient, per prescription, and are not approved by the FDA. They aren’t generic or interchangeable versions of brand name drugs. Your provider will walk you through the benefits and risks before prescribing. The FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Do you take insurance?

Vivly is self-pay, which is part of how the pricing stays flat and predictable. HSA and FSA funds may work depending on your plan administrator.

Can therapies be combined?

Some therapies can be prescribed together. Your provider decides whether a combination is appropriate for you. See our Bundles page for what’s available.

Where are Vivly MD services available?

We’re working to make care accessible to as many people as possible. Vivly services are available only in states where both our prescribing providers and our partner compounding pharmacy are licensed. Availability may change, and certain services may not be offered in every state listed below.
